Smallfry investigated regional variances including key customer opinions, store visits, consumer focus groups and Smallfry’s own product evaluation techniques. This revealed the key features needed to produce a winning product. Smallfry detailed the design and oversaw the implementation through the chosen Asian vendor. The result was a single product platform that increased penetration in all CharBroil’s target markets.
